SARDINE AND LEMON

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Defrost pizza dough on counter.

  2. Step 2

    Layer pesto, lemon slices, mozzarella and sardines. We recommend Porto Sardines in oil for this recipe.

  3. Step 3

    Heat oven to 200C/400F and bake for 10min.

  4. Step 4

    Top with fresh rosemary or basil.

Yield: 2 to 4 servings

  • Frozen pizza dough

  • Pesto

  • Buffalo mozzarella

  • Salt and black pepper

  • 1 or 2 tins sardines (*recommend Prata Do Mar Limao)

  • Rosemary

  • 1 sliced lemon
