SESAME PASTA

 with smoked mussels 

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Cook one half package of buckwheat linguini noodles.

  2. Step 2

    Slice orange, red and yellow peppers into slivers. Mince garlic and ginger.

  3. Step 3

    Cook linguini to package instructions, drain and add peppers, garlic and ginger. Combine 1 tablespoon sesame oil and 1 tablespoon of hoisin sauce and let chill in the fridge.

  4. Step 4

    Open one tin of smoked mussels and combine with noodles. Top with sesame seeds.

Yield: 2 to 4 servings

  • Linguini noodles

  • One tin smoked mussels

  • Red, yellow and orange peppers

  • Snow peas

  • Soy sauce

  • Hoisin sauce

  • Sesame oil

  • Garlic

  • Ginger

  • Sesame seeds
